1.1 Non-Personalised Items: You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Personalised Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items. Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. We encourage you to review and double-check the personalisation details before placing your order.

2. Returns Process:

2.1 Return Authorisation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorisation if your return is eligible.

2.2 Return Shipping: For non-personalised items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

2.3 Unclaimed Packages: In the event that your package is not collected from the Royal Mail depot and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for repaying the postage fees for reshipping the item. We will contact you to arrange payment for the additional postage before reshipping the package.

2.4 Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or does not meet our return eligibility criteria.

3. Refunds:

3.1 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 working days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Refund Exceptions: If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund amount or refuse the refund altogether.
